Ecuador Mission Trip November 2018
Maps of areas visited near Cayambe During the last week of November 2018, I traveled to Ecuador with Dino and Cecy from Eleos Healing Global Mission , to run brief outreach events in rural communities near Cayambe . A few years ago we began visiting the area near Christmastime to distribute bags of Christmas candy to children and elderly people living in Santa Monica, Chaupiloma and Muyurco. In the past we also had help from a large number of nursing students, but this year only friends of the ministry from around Ecuador were able to participate. Volunteers packing candy bags Volunteers from Quito, including some of Cecy's family member, received donations of clothing and toys for use to distribute. They also purchased bulk candies and cookies, and packed over 300 bags before we even arrived in Ecuador!
